Mr. Schott currently authors a monthly newsletter entitled RealtyStocks Observer that began in 1998. He has also authored two "white" papers in 1999. The most recent is Real Estate Technology & Internet Companies for presentation at the University of Wisconsin. Another is Internet Information About Stocks & Mutual Funds: Implications for Research, Investments & Career Enhancement, presented at the American Real Estate Society 15th Annual Conference.
Mr. Schott also authored Chapter 7 in GIS in Real Estate, published in November 1998. He has also written a publication about computer hardware oriented to real estate and finance professionals that is available for purchase on online.
Prior publications about stocks authored by Mr. Schott include GIS Stock articles published in Business Geographics and GIS World. His articles for the noted publications required the development of a GIS Stock Index. Current information about GIS Stocks is still provided via several links to most of the companies that comprised the original index.
